We ordered the Big Tex and the Cowboy Plate. Both were SO GOOD! Every type of meat comes with the Cowboy Plate and all three were moist and flavorful but very different. Each entree could be shared between two people, or saved for a second meal later—unless you’re really hungry! The sides are simple and complimented the meal while rounding it out. Service is friendly and the variety of options is enough but not overwhelming. Will definitely be returning soon!!

As a native mid-westerner, it can be a challenge to find authentic Texas style BBQ on the east coast. It was a welcome surprise to find this place, particularly because I enquired about burnt ends, which they had ❤️. I’m normally not a huge fan of sides, but the coleslaw was fresh, and the baked beans were a great compliment.
