My son is really into wings. He had the original hot & the original bbq & loved them. Wants to go back try all the other flavors , starting with jerk chicken & spicy lemon pepper. Terry was so professional & polite & it only took 10 minutes for the wings.

Yesterday was my first time patronizing here and unfortunately it will be my last. The young lady who took my order her name is Ashley. I didn’t like that in the middle of her taking my order, the phone rang. She answered it and began taking a new order on her kiosk. I found that very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even offer an apology after or anything. When ordering a large fry with chicken, she made a big deal about me wanting the chicken on the side instead of on top of the fries. Her response to me was that the chicken comes on top. I know that which is why I’m asking for it to be on the side. I don’t know if she needs more training or manners but I won’t be back.

Came here for my usual (buffalo fries)(super bomb)… Waited for 25mims for my food, when I went to the counter the young lady says “oh yes it’s right there”… My food had been waiting in the window the whole time. So when I received it, it was cold and soggy… Won’t be coming back to this location!

Whoever is taking orders needs to do better. I ordered my food and waited for 15 minutes and I see he’s packaging orders and putting them on a shelf next to the register. Another customer comes up and asks if her order was ready and to her surprise it was he didn’t call her order nothing or nothing. So her food was just sitting there getting cold and he did the same to mine that is not okay.

I would not even give this spot 1 star if that was an option. I have never encountered a problem with their food until today! First off, I had a missing item. Secondly, the food was undercooked and unsatisfying. I bit into a frozen wing! The wings were just like chicken, they were not cooked in their according sauce (as ordered). The fries were NOT fresh and very soggy. The milkshake I ordered tasted like straight up milk from the grocery store. I was so unsatisfied and disappointed with this place! DONT waste your time here!!

Food is okay and prices are fair but the service is horrible. I found a hair inside my onion and ring. I asked girl Cashier nicely if I could have money back and she asked if I was sure it wasn’t mine?? My hair was completely different from that one and not sure how it would have made it inside the onion ring I asked if She could give me number to the store so I could call later and ask manager to ask myself and she told me to look it up online. I asked if I could have her name since she didn’t have a tag and was the only one without the restaurant uniform and she said she she wasn’t going to give nothing?? not coming here again super unprofessional..
