Stayed at the holiday inn and was pleasantly surprised when we saw the casino and buffet, typically casino buffets are amazing. We ended up spending $40 per adult and $20 per kid ($130). There is a VERY small selection of food and we are not picky eaters. The only good thing we had was the cheesecake and ice cream. The prime rib was chewy, potatoes were extremely runny, our daughter who lives shrimp only ate one piece. The remainder of the food was all room temperature, everything looked like it had been sitting out for hours, most of it was hard and dry. The restaurant was extremely clean and the little town area out front was adorable. Staff was pleasant but not overly friendly. All in all, I recommend going to the bar and grill next to it.

I hate leaving bad reviews and wish I had taken pictures. For $30 a person we were very disappointed. My chicken fried steak was so over cooked and dry I had a very hard time cutting it. My boyfriend tried the garlic coluflower and it was brown, mushy and just gross. The crab rangoons and pot stickers were also over cooked and hard. The highlight of the meal was the cheesecake, the carrot cake and brownies were hard. For 6:15 in the evening you would at the very least expect fresh food. Go to golden corral for a decent dinner…. At least they take pride in what they do. Edit to add, he got sick last night and I was sick all morning.

Way over priced for low quality food. Would rather eat Golden Corral. Cookies are hard as a rock. Green beans were nasty. Chicken was extra salty.

Very expensive for very low quality food. The hot food was just over room temperature and the cold food was just under room temp. Food was hard, tasteless, and stale. The prime rib had an odd color to it and was very tough. Customer service was bad too. We stood waiting to get in while 3 employees were gossiping about another employee while we were right in front of them. When my husband asked if we just go in one of them rudely said “no. Just a second. We’re talking.” The waiter who we found out was a manager was also bad. When my husband pointed out the poor quality of food he just laughed and walked away!

Everything was very good! There was 6 of us and the service was good. He kept coming back and checking if we needed anything. He refilled our drinks without being asked. The food was very good. We all tried different foods. The brisket was a little dry but it is hard I think to keep it from getting dry in this setting.

The food was good, we went for brunch on a Saturday. The service was great! The reason I won’t be going back is the terrible cigarette smell throughout the whole buffet. I left smelling like smoke from a non-smoking establishment. I do not recommend if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke/smell!!

I don’t understand why people bash this place like they do. A buffet isn’t going to do all foods equally well, and some of the foods here certainly weren’t great in my opinion. But the roast beef was excellent and tender, the salad I had (tomato, cucumber and onions) had a perfect dressing, the battered and fried shrimp were good (I chose an unfortunate cocktail sauce, but there were other options I should have tried). The green beans with shallots (and bacon!) were tasty, and the chicken parmesan, though not the best ever, was satisfying. One excellent dessert was the warm bread pudding –I added the banana citrus topping that was next to it and was in heaven!

Where do I begin? My favorite buffet is the brunch but, not anymore. The last few times the majority of the food is cold, the bacon is half cooked & the soft drinks are flat. It would help if they had the plate warmers on but, they never do. I’ve gone around & turned them all on. Our waitress today is not the best. She comes by & asks “you guys okay” and beforeI could respond she’s at the next table asking them. Kinda like the waitresses on the boat going around with drinks & they don’t slow down long enough for you to say. My husband says we won’t be back. I won’t go into their Friday night buffet. Let’s just say, they don’t know how to cook crab legs….

I do not recommend going to the buffet. I went for the prime rib an crab legs which crab was fine but everything else wasn’t as good as expected definitely not worth the $60+ I spent there at all. My woman didn’t eat anything except a bowl of ice cream. Services where okay. Terrible at labeling food an desserts. Not going back any time soon. But if you like to gamble with your food too then by all means…
