The Burger Den at 6920 Central Ave.Toledo, Ohio was very disappointing and lacks customer service. We ordered Door Dash because we had an appointment later that night. We thought we were being proactive. We found out that this was not the case!

Its dennys. Look at the reviews from Dennys at this location and make your own decision. I would never step foot in there again. Terrible service, lazy staff, long wait, food wasn’t cooked correctly then had to wait for them to fix it. It wasn’t worth it so I canceled the order and left. Was there almost 45 minutes waiting for an order they said was already finished and ready to pick up. People complain about poor wages, these people deserve every penny and less. 0 stars.
