If you are looking for a Jurassic Park theme counter service restaurant this is the place to go. If you have a seat in the outdoor section you will even get a good view of the Velocicoaster. The burger platers are a great deal. I had the Bacon Cheese Burger and it was delicious. The meat was moist, tender and savory. The meal included french fries and only cost $15.49 plus tax. They have a vegam burger option called the Herbivore. It is a little messy but my wife seemed to enjoy it. Once you are done with your meal you can explore the rest of the building for souvenirs and other sights. The original dinosaur skeleton props from the Jurassic Park movie are here for all to enjoy.

Organized chaos would be the understatement of the year for operating this theme park restaurant. The food is brought to you pretty quick considering the amount of people waiting in line. It’s basically a short order cooking with you as the customer required to add condiments from a separate bar area. The food is extremely high, buts it a theme part so it’s expected. The food was ok but nothing that stood out. You will have a problem finding seating as it’s very scarce. It is what is. The plus side is the dinosaur shop and play area below the restaurant.

I came in very concerned about allergy restrictions. They were wonderful. So helpful, kind, and patient. The manager cooked my food separately from everything else and explained all he did and even cooked my fries in a dedicated fryer to avoid cross contamination. Everyone was fantastic. The gluten free bun was super yummy.

I actually like the chicken strips at this restaurant! For theme park food they are pretty good. They’re not on the normal menu so you have to ask for them but it’s a much better value than anything else they have.

The Casado burger wasn’t bad for a theme park food option. Liked the bun, avocado, and plantains. The hamburger patty could have used some seasoning and the garlic aioli was either not enough or too thin and didn’t really shine through, but as a whole, a decent food option. A lot of potential with that sandwich. The fries were served cold and stale and the staff seemed disorganized having taken a long time to fill our order, with people before us getting it almost immediately and people behind us getting their food before us, meanwhile some people standing around like they didn’t know what to be doing. Also, I noticed a couple customers who had to return to the counter to ask for drinks that they paid for and didn’t receive.

I would avoid this at all costs. For a restaurant selling its self as fast food it is anything but. We placed an order via the universal mobile app, which was a big mistake. We then waited in a queue for 20 minutes to show we ordered on the app before they would start cooking the food, which is different to how all the other universal restaurants work. Once I finally got to the front of the queue to show my order number they started cooking the food and I was placed into another queue. We stood in queue waiting another 45 minutes for our food. When our food was finally ready the burgers where stone cold. When we complained they offered to replace the burgers which we agreed and we were place back in the queue holding the tray of fries, after another 25 minutes in queue waiting on the burgers and our fires now cold, I asked them to cancel it and issue a refund as we had already wasted over an hour and a half trying to get lunch. I was then told I needed to wait on a manager to do the refund which of course took another 20 minutes. The manager didn’t understand the issue with having to wait soo long but did finally give me a partial refund.

I got the grilled chicken sandwich and I was disappointed with the size of the chicken. The fries were good though. We waited for 30 min around lunch time and had some difficulty finding a place to sit down.

Impossible to find a table; it’s like a brawl every time one opens up because everyone is trying to race to find one. We finally found a spot to eat but even though it was fully indoors, the building was not cold at all and I was still sweating in my seat 30min in.
