In my search for a good hamburger, I wish I had stayed away from here. The absolute worst, an unmitigated disaster. It was like trying to eat a hockey puck. Besides being hard and dry, there was no flavor. It was also sloppily dressed. The crinkle fries are like the ones you can buy in the frozen section at Walmart.

Definitely the worst burger I’ve ever had. Dry. Over cooked. No seasoning. The fries actually came out pretty good but unfortunately there’s literally nothing on them no salt no seasoning. Pathetic. I’ll never use this place again.

I ordered burger experience through door dash, so I was super excited to try it by the time it arrived at my door. The fries were great, but the burger was flavorless. I’m pretty sure the burger patties are frozen patties too. If I wanted a flavorless frozen patty, I could have just gone to the store and cooked them in the oven without any seasoning on them. Feeling disappointed that I didn’t order Burger King tonight. This place was a huge let down.

For a place called The Burger Experience it was a big disappointment. Fries were ok but the meat for the patties was way over processed and completely under seasoned. If you are thinking about getting a burger you’d be better off making it yourself or getting fast food. Don’t waste your money on this.

Didn’t come with any of the toppings I asked. Visually unappetizing. Taste is equivalent of school lunch food that’s been reheated. Could of gone to McDonald’s and got a plain patty and gotten more flavor. And crinkle cut fries are quite disappointing.

Fries are decent but if you want a burger order Kickback Jack’s or Five Guys. My Burger had soggy bread and the meat wasn’t that great. I hate to leave bad reviews but just being honest.

Burger tastes like a cheap frozen patty from Walmart with no seasoning. Fries are ok.
