I have literally NEVER gotten a correct order from The Burger Experience. Not to mention their burgers and food are quite mediocre and sub-par to say the least. And apparently it’s a virtual brand operating inside of Smokey Bones or something. I certainly cannot recommend them. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. It won’t happen again.

Ordered on DoorDash. The fries were hard and tasteless. The burger was alarmingly reminiscent of the tiny overcooked things on cheap white buns (“brioche”? Ha!) served in my elementary school cafeteria. I’m not sure I knew it was possible to cook bacon with no taste. And no condiments either on the burger or included in the bag. Got three wet wipes, though! It’s an experience, certainly. Just not one I care to repeat.

I have ordered delivery from them multiple times and only one time have they gotten my order correct. The last time I ordered I should have never ordered again from them. They forgot my fries and the girl I spoke with sounded very sincere and felt bad for missing part of my order. I tried to give them another shot today and they again forgot my fries which is part of combo that you pay for. I called and the girl was ambivalent and said that she would maybe try and work on their consistency and that she would probably let the manager know. Very rude I will never order from them again! It’s a waste of money if they won’t deliver on the full order. I should have learned my lesson the first time but I wanted to give them another shot.

Ordered on Doordash. Cold, soggy fries. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and got something completely different and the burger I ordered was missing half of the toppings. Should have read the reviews before ordering, this place will not be getting another penny from me.

I ordered 2 burgers through Doordash and they got them both wrong. The mushroom swiss burger I ordered had no mushrooms and no cheese and instead they put red onion and tomato….. The other was supposed to be bacon cheddar and it arrived plain with nothing on it. Sincerely disappointed.
