Worst burger experience ever!! Neither burger had the items on there that were supposed to have. It’s like they have been sitting all day. These taste like frozen patties. Fries were mushy! Fountain drink was the best thing. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Yuck!! Overpriced food! Never again!

All 3 meals I ordered were cold. Burgers were absolutely disgusting & squished to nothing thanks to fry boxes being put on top of them. Also shouldn’t advertise hamburgers on a toasted brioche bun if it’s really just a regular hamburger bun(which didn’t even get toasted) Also you guys forgot the side of chipotle Mayo(that I was charged for) and instead gave me mustard Fries were cold and soggy almost kinda stale. Seemed like my order was prepared and then sat out for 20/30 minutes. The ONLY satisfying thing from my order was the fountain drinks.

I placed my order through a delivery service. I ordered 2combo meals of a sandwich, fries and drink. I added 2 more sandwiches and 2 more fries. The only thing they got right were the fries. All 4 sandwiches were made wrong and they did not send the drinks with the driver.

I’ve never had a bad burger in my life, but this place is trash. Tasted like a cheap frozen patty you get from the freezer section of walmart. Could not be more disappointed.

Literally a frozen hockey puck burger from the freezer section put on a Great Value bun. Fries were soggy from sitting in a styrofoam container. Won’t be ordering here again.

I placed an order online and had it delivered. They forgot half of my order and than when you call to get the rest of your order, it doesn’t allow you to talk to someone, only to leave a message and than when you select the option to leave a voicemail for a manager, it states that the mailbox is full and you can’t even leave a message. I will never order from this place again!!!!!
