Tried this place for the first time like 10 minutes ago today. And pretty disappointed because I ordered loaded tots and when I made it home it was loaded fries. Honest mistake? yes, but it was yhe only item I ordered and I rarely order carry food so was really looking forward to tots. It’s so hot today, that I’m not taking my car back out to replace, but disappointed. When I called they were very apologetic and offered to fix it. Just too much to drive back up there. Please start checking orders.

We are regulars here. I do not do reviews very often, but I’ve found this place to be worthy of doing one. Abood, pictured center-left, is very friendly and helpful. Multiple times we have had special requests that he has been able to make happen. The food, in partnership with the staff, brings us back consistently.

We had the chicken and beef ring of fire. Food was fresh and very tasty. The salad was topped with yummy blue cheese dressing and the fries were seasoned well. The service was meh but the food more then made up for it. They serve Pepsi fountain drinks. It was our first time and we will be back.

The service was fabulous and friendly. My burger was great. The meat was cooked and still juicy. I had been craving a good juicy burger for sometime. I got the Teriyaki Burger. I would go back. Now if only they could replicate the ‘Bro Burger’.

It’s hard to find a really great burger place. The food quality, prices and overall selection were outstanding, will for sure go back. The ring of fire burger could probably stand to have a little more heat, but because this is the northeast, I don’t think people could handle it. Good work all around.

Ordered a Kids meal, and 2 Cheeseburger Combos to go at lunch time. Took several conversations with the cashier to get my order placed…not sure what the issue was. Took about 15 min for food not terribly busy for lunch rush. Burger was well cooked for kids meal (as ordered). Adult cheeseburgers came out still pink despite asking for them to be cooked Medium. The burger wasn’t anything special…they do serve it on a brioche bun. Nothing you couldn’t make at home for yourselves. Cheeseburger combos didn’t have fries as restaurant forgot them with our order. Manager compensated me with a small Chocolate shake for the inconveniences and a $7 credit. Thx!

Totally worth the 40 miles drive for us. The Greek chicken sandwich is amazing, so flavorful and fresh, you get actual big chunks of Feta cheese and not just tiny crumbs like at other places, the Tzatziki is so good that we ordered an extra side to dip our fries in. The staff always checks on you to make sure everything is to your liking. We will try the Teriyaki burger next time. Just visited last Saturday and we already can’t wait to go back.

We have ordered from The Burger Shack three times and each time we were really impressed. The tots and Ring Of Fire burger are my favorite. Everything always arrives fresh and the burgers are full of flavor. Portions are huge, we always have leftover tots and fries. We will definitely continue to order!
