Found this place just driving through Paterson. The place is newly built and clean. As you walk in (careful with the steps) a sign on right wall says “Colombian Fast Food”. There’s DC and Marvel comic superheroes on the walls. We decided to “eat-in” which is nice during Covid-19. There’s an eating area in the back that’s a wooden structure with rafters and a ceiling that let’s sun in. Like a framed house without its walls. Tall gas heaters, simple decorations and TV screen plays salsa music. According to my girlfriend it’s structured like in Colombia. The waitress (just arrived from Medellin) was very nice, polite and spoke English. The burgers were fantastic with the style and taste like it’s done in Colombia, all the way down to the sauce. I had the TBT burger. The sauce had some sweetness with caramelized onions, lettuce, slaw, mozzarella cheese, etc. My girlfriend enjoyed her burger, too. They also serve hotdogs their way, and other Colombian dishes. I recommend this place to anyone who would like to try a new twist eating a burger (or hotdog). It’s a good experience.

Place is alright but like just about every restaurant/food chain, you’d expect that you tell them your allergic to a certain ingredient let’s say onion rings , to simply change to bacon or an egg, they NEVER willing to change like you either like how we make out food or tough luck. Again, we’re paying and yet want customer to pay Additional for replacement of onion rings for example, for that i to me is not putting customers first therefor I can’t give any place no matter appearances or as such, anymore than 2 stars for nonsense like that. After third time I’m pretty over it trying it after comparing to places nearby.

The food was great, but the service was not the best. They need to learn that tip depends on the service you provide and that’s voluntary. We ordered take out and when it was time to slide the credit, the lady technically forced a tip. She rushed as through the process and this caused mom to accidentally pressed the 20% tip option. The lady didn’t gives us a chance to fix it and immediately rushed the transaction. How are you charging almost 8 dollar tip on a take out ? Is our first time here!
