The Burrow Nutrition is the best loaded tea place in the Macon/Warner Robins area! I would even say its probably the best in middle georgia! My wife and I love going there and they always take great care of us as customers. They also support the military and hooked me up with a care package for my deployment!!

i think i have found a new go to little spot in macon! i have been excited to try this place out for a while now and finally got the opportunity to try one of their protein shakes. when i first went in, i was slightly overwhelmed by all the choices of shakes and teas, but the employee was patient with me and very helpful. i decided to go for the samoa protein shake and it really did taste like the girl scout cookie without too much of a ‘protein taste’. it’s nice that these are a full meal replacement since i sometimes don’t have a lot of time to eat a proper lunch at work. i am looking forward to going back and trying out the teas soon.

I love the Burrows menu and drinks, it was really great when they first opened but slowly service started to go out the window. Kids started to run the place, the were watching tv shows on their tv and taking their time making the drinks. Only orders are never made to be ready on time causing me to be late to work 3 times now. Orders aren’t made ready at the time stated online. No apologies are made, and when it brought my concerns to the owners she just kept making excuses and never once apologized. Maybe a certain demographic is catered to. It sad not to think that way but my interaction with the owner after I was patience and nice put a negative taste, about how it’s ran.

I have never tried a loaded tea before but this place not only had excellent customer service, it also tasted amazing and I got my order very quickly! I would recommend this to everyone in the area. I will be back to try more flavors and drinks.

These two young ladies that are there today are extremely helpful. I don’t care for tropical taste, and they listened and helped me. The drink they suggested was amazing. Go and try a baby shark! You will love it. Thank you for all of your help.

I always try to be fair in reviews (you can check my history) and I rarely leave “bad” reviews. When I saw The Burrow Nutrition was coming to Macon, I naively thought we were getting a tea shop or smoothie place that was locally owned! I immediately realized that this is clearly an Herbalife front. The employees were incredibly nice and helpful. I don’t think anyone is intending anything malicious, and I’m confident someone will attempt to explain how this is not an MLM/pyramid scheme, but the facts are that this is Herbalife, or maybe even AdvoCare. If you’re ok with supporting MLMs, then I hope you enjoy their products! Check and see what the ingredients are and what their health department score is, FDA approvals, financial disclosures, etc. look like.

Not pleased with the service at all. Staff came in and didn’t wash nor sanitize hands, took forever to get order made they had to keep looking at their phones to make order. They kept adding ice to the shake I ordered. I will drive across town or Warner Robins before I visit this location again. Last internet order I placed it was 45 min before it was ready.
