I love that Tim has brought great KC and Texas style BBQ to the area, it’s so hard to find in the Northeast. All the meats are seasoned and smoked to perfection. No heavy smoke taste and plenty of juicy bites. The beef street tacos are incredible. I had a sample of everything and nothing let us down. Chicken wing lovers will die for the wings. Dry rubbed and crispy on the outside and juicy inside. You will return for the baked beans, I swear you have never had them this good. All the sides and sauces are made fresh daily. So happy we have great BBQ nearby.

Chicken sandwich was delicious in flavor and texture was perfection. Also had an apple cider donut with ice cream and apple butter which was the perfect size and just the right amount of sweetness.

Really good chicken sandwich.. probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I ever had. Casual spot to let the kids munch and play while you enjoy really good food. Great service, great food! (Also.. it’s really a bus hahaha)

We love Salingers for their awesome baked goods and now it is even better with their addition of The Bus! The food is a bit pricy but worth it! It is absolutely delicious! The meatball sub and beef fat potato wedges is fantastic! Definitely worth the trip and a new family favorite!

Had the mac and cheese and the bacon, egg and cheese. Both were wildly delicious. It may have been the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had. The setting is also very pretty, and good for kids.

Just returned home from my first trip to The Bus at Salinger’s! It is a bit of a trek from home but VERY MUCH WORTH IT!! Fries, egg and bacon sandwich, chicken sandwich, burger, collard green, mac + cheese oh my! No teeny tiny doll food, everything was full size! Took home leftovers. Market next door was awesome! Shout out to all of COURTEOUS, CHEERFUL and HELPFUL STAFF on the bus and in the market!!!
