I came to the restaurant on the suggestion from someone I know. We wanted to sit inside but no tables were available. The hostess suggested the bar or outside. We decided to go outside instead of the bar.Our server Colleen was friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. The small plates were good.I have had tomahawk steaks before in other establishments, so I decided to try the tomahawk menu’ special for the evening. This tomahawk was not the greatest Quality and was disappointing for the price. The draw back from this meal was the attack of the flies. I was more concerned about swatting away flies from landing on the food then the ability to enjoy.

Even though they were short staffed, the staff there did a great job at serving. We just got a bunch of different appetizers and shared them. That was a fun experience and we loved everything we tried. I went there specifically to get a hot dog because that had actually been featured by Guy Fieri on his TV show, Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the hot dog but they change their menu daily so to provide the freshest ingredients all locally sourced.

I was really looking forward to this place as the idea of locally sourced ingredients and a made from scratch menu is extremely appealing to me. Despite the great reviews I left feeling pretty disappointed. To note, the atmosphere was really nice for an outdoor Sunday brunch and our server was excellent! My Bloody Mary was delicious. We both ordered the chilaquiles which is one of our all time favorite brunch items and not always easy to find. My biggest complaint is the absolute lack of flavor in this dish. I’m just not sure how so many ingredients on a plate including braised pork, eggs, and verde sauce can be so bland. I honestly don’t even think salt or pepper made it onto the plate. Not sure if it was a one off or this is how it’s typically prepared but I was really expecting more, especially for the price. I may be willing to try a different menu item some day but my first impression just wasn’t one that left me wanting more. Lots of potential here but fell short for us that day.

If you’re in town you need to check this place out. We went back and I’m glad I did. The staff are friendly and always only a moment away. I was surprised at how quickly the food came out. We didn’t want to be out all night but this is the kind of place that can get you fed fast and also leave you be and let you sip one of their incredible cocktails. The people behind this spot must be pretty special (I don’t know them). There’s an attention to your experience that is noticeable. You have got to check this spot out.

We dined in at the happy hour. We tried the Butcher Meat Bread, the chicken wings and the gyro flatbread. All were tasty, but he Butcher Meat Bread was the real winner.

I enjoyed dining here and love that they offer clean, local, eats. They have a very concise menu but everything is locally sourced or made by them. This makes for a delicious meal at very reasonable prices. The staff was super enthusiastic about what they do there and gave my party lots of information about the butcher portion of this spot. I think it would be great to have brunch here and then buy meat from the butcher to cook at home for dinner. They also offer beer from Florida breweries so I was able to enjoy one of my favorites with my meal. I can’t wait to go back!

A nice new addition to Boynton Beach! I just went with my wife and a friend last night for the Butcher Bites (tapas style small plates). We tried a ton of the items, but a few stood out: the meatloaf sliders, the meat sheet (charcuterie board), and the baked chicken meatballs were our favorites! The drinks were unique and well crafted, especially the Barrel-Aged Coffee Manhattan, which was especially smooth. The service was phenomenal – very courteous and helpful. Just consider that it’s tapas and the hand crafted drinks can add up quickly, so you can rack up a bill. It’s a great place for a date night or experience dinner! Absolutely recommend!

Very sweet and quaint space. Sat at the bar with a friend. Watched amazing craft cocktails being made by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wonderful whiskey choices. Wound up doing a flight and was provided some background on the whiskey and also how to properly sip and look for specific flavors. I did not eat dinner (although my meat eater friends rave about their menu). But I did order the olives and truffle fries. Amazing! Don’t forget to try the bread pudding dessert with a bourbon (see pic). It’s the perfect paring to end your evening.
