My wife and I were in town and decided to have dinner at The Butcher Block. On the website it said they were open until 10, when we arrived at 8 there was a sign on the door that read they were closing at 9. That being said the service was still excellent and we never felt rushed.

Absolutely amazing I got the 12oz ribeye medium rare more rare and perfectly cooked to my liking. I do not like pepper and I have to say was not a problem not peppery at all. I also got a side salad with ranch yes it was leafy and had four small tomato slices I ordered with cheese and ranch, and I was not disappointed. The garlic parm potatoes were even more satisfying! Will go back!

DO NOT pass up the poppers. They are simply fantastic. The steaks are top their as well as the potato of the day options. The Monterrey Chicken was a bit dry for me, but very flavorful. EXCELLENT wait staff. Friendly, helpful, and prompt.

Went to have lunch just now, on a Saturday afternoon. Website states they close at 2pm. I arrived at 1:47, after driving 30 minutes to get here They turned me away and would not serve me. The hostess gave me an insincere “sorry” I asked to speak to the Manager and got a Robotic “Yes, Sir” to my complaint. Nothing to resolve or explain. Lame. Won’t be back and the food is overpriced! I’ve worked in the Service Industry for years and this is not how to get or keep a customer and run a restaurant. It wasn’t like I had a party of 5 . One hungry person turned away. Went to Cielo’s instead!

I go there every time I visit my great uncle while on vacation, especially for a family visit!! I usually either get a steak with a baked potato or a salad because I’m on the gluten free diet. Very friendly workers, their soft drinks are so good!! I just cannot get tired of this restaurant!! I tried their quail too and it tasted like chicken!! Keep it up to where I want Guy Fieri to go there someday!!

Stumbled access this place while working near by. It was great. I chose the Chef Salad because I wanted a light meal . I was shocked at the size of it. Ham and Turkey were plentiful and the amount of thick bacon crumbles made it a hit. The ranch dressing is one of my new favorites. I couldn’t eat it all and trust me I am no rookie when it come to conquering large portions.

We stopped in for dinner at 7pm and we’re not able to wrap up dinner for almost 90 minutes. We were seated immediately, but it took about 45 minutes to get or order in and get our food. The food was good and the waitress was friendly, but the restaurant seemed to be running short staffed.
