In fairness I’ve known Jon a long time but honestly this is the best barbecue you can get. Jon is a master of the smoker, he knows how to choose what meat to cook and if it’s not amazing he won’t serve it. Beyond the meat he knows how to do sides, his mashed potatoes are always creamy smooth, his slaw has just the right amount of zing.

Went there yesterday July 21 2021 the truck was surrounded with ripped up garbage bags and flies all over…. Three people sat at the table when asked if they were serving food I was told yes when I asked about serving with all the ripped up garbage bags around I was told to go to hell!!!! It was disgusting!! Took my business up the street to woo doggie! No garbage!
