Many tables were filled but it didn’t take long to be served our delicious meals. We had excellent service by Theresa M! She was very personable and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy meals of fried fish and a meatball sub… just the way I had hoped it would be

Comfortable genuine home style cooking elevated. Service was outstanding. Portions generous and priced appropriately. I had fried catfish, succotash and corn fritters. All were delicious, fish was fresh. Would ask for it broiled or baked next time. Will return every time in that area!

I can’t say enough about this place. Weather it is breakfast, lunch or dinner the food is out of this world! One of the best Country Fried Steaks I have ever had. Kids love the cheeseburgers! Also make sure to save room for the house made desserts. The Jewish Apple (and peach) cake tastes just like my mom made! You will thank me for visiting this lovely restaurant!

I have been eating at The Butterburg Inn for about a year now. It was highly recommended by a friend and now I highly recommend it to everyone. I have tried meat dishes as well as some of the vegetarian dishes and all have been delicious. They are known for having great homemade cakes and pies for dessert. There is a large blackboard dessert menu mounted on the wall. Everyday, as the day progresses, the list of cakes and pie flavors diminishes as favorites are eaten up and erased from the board. So the earlier you get there in the day the better chance you have of finding your favorite still available. If you happen to get there late in the day you will still find wonderful desserts because they have so many different choices and all are homemade. Even the drive through the countryside to get to The Butterburg Inn is a delight. I have never been disappointed with anything I have tried here and I always say, “YES” when the family suggests we go again.

The waitress we had was very kind and funny. She checked on us a lot to make sure our food was all good. I ordered the cheese steak and it was great.

Love this place. Definitely will be back and probably as frequent as I may! Had country fried steak with gravy. Crispy. See attached picture. Also had Reuben with turkey and slaw. Delicious. Corn fritters were really good so are their onion rings. Home made! Dessert list on wall menu wow impressive yet unfortunately I did not have enough room to try their dessert n can imagine as to how awesome their dessert would be! Gonna make sure ha e enough room for their dessert!

if what you like is going to a small charming family run Diner in a small charming town, and you came to the right place. my wife and I have been here at least 10 times and will always keep coming back if we’re in the area. Food is always fresh The waitresses are always smiling and happy and yes they do social distancing. Decent menu prices are very fair and the servings are quite big. Nothing bad to say, it’s all good. Well worth the trip, two thumbs up
