Rude, slow. Order was wrong, they didn’t care and didn’t want to fix it. I stood in line for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me…alone, no one else in line. Only came here because Panda line was reallllly long, ended up waiting just as long. Ended up taking almost 20 minutes to get a WRAP. Just a wrap.

Do not eat here. I’ve gone three different times and the last time was the last straw. First time I went was right after they opened. When they first opened, the fries I received weren’t Nathan’s fries, they looked like left over fries from when it was still Wayback Burger. Second time, my order when I got home was completely wrong. The third and last time my order was wrong again, but what made this a health and safety issue for this order was the melted styrofoam container. They are putting food straight from the fryer into unprotected styrofoam containers, causing them to melt to the food. Save your money and health, go get food from the Panda Express, Subway, Bard Mansion, or 19th Hole.

I have worked there before they will leave only one person to handle both Starbucks and Nathan’s and normally under staff the owner do not care for there employees when Covid first hit us someone had Covid at the work place but the refuse to let me call off knowing that the person had Covid and let them finish their shift there were times I have been told to serve coffe and food that was not made right the owner will over price everything and yell at the team when things are not too busy the food there is very subpar panda food can’t go wrong

This place is very unprofessional their brand is Nathan’s hotdogs and they use anything but Nathan’s hotdogs because they’re broke. The manager is rude and has a nasty attitude and they made my drink wrong
