We dined at the Carillon for Breakfast and Dinner. The ambiance and food selections were nice. The customer service was excellent! Shout out to Elliot, the manager, who took good care of us!! Not only was he present during our dining experience, but he was at the bar, Gabriel’s, when we returned for an evening nightcap. Even though the kitchen was closed, he sent out chips and salsa to accompany our drinks, made by Tess—one of the best Old Fashions that I’ve tasted.

Wow, this may have been the best meal I’ve ever had! The staff was incredible and personable with flowers on our table for my birthday and the food was beyond. The culinary staff here deserve a ton of recognition and if you haven’t been here or are on the fence, go! You absolutely won’t regret it. From the cheese and meat board to the hamachi starter and then the NY Strip and Texas lamb shank… I could go on for days!!! Kudos to this team!!! I’ll be dreaming of this meal forever!

Why have I not heard about this place before???? We were headed to a comedy show at the Moody Center and searched for dinner nearby. First, they have a Saturday Happy Hour featuring half priced cocktails!! Let’s talk about the amazing food, and 3 courses for $45-$55. The price we paid doesn’t even compare to the quality of food we received. Should’ve taken pictures, but they wouldn’t have done justice. Thanks to Elliott for 4th recommendations and service! We’ll definitely be back

We were here a few years ago and it was just Ok. Today, our way to a Post Malone concert, we to tried it again. Wow! What an improvement! First, all staff from the front door to the hostess and host to waiter and his assistant were as polished and have ever experienced anywhere. The charcuterie and cheese board was varied, fresh and very good. Marmalades, cheeses, cold cuts crackers, dry figs and gherkins a good mix of flavors and textures.
