I went on Sunday afternoon and found out they were about to closes at 3pm so a lot of food choices weren’t available. I ordered a patty melt but the meat looked like breakfast sausage. The lemonade was good. The server was attentive. But the place could use some upgrades. Our table rocked until we placed napkins under one of the legs to balance it. A few of us didn’t like what we ordered. No flavoring on the food.

If you have not been for breakfast or lunch, your missing an Evansville icon. Friendly staff with great service, food is always consistent and the pricing won’t break your wallet. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Tell Austin on Sunday it’s a good day and he’ll make you smile!

I was surprised to see they aren’t busier! The food was great! The service was great! I had the smoke pork chop and apples and it was perfect. I will have to go back and try thier breakfast menu some time. Definitely worth stopping by!

The employees were eating in front of the customers as they were waiting on their food. Our waiter dug in the trash, then proceeded to go into the kitchen, luckily it was after our food was brought out. The food was also very dry and the fries weren’t cooked. The service was extremely slow and it was very chaotic. Do not recommend.

This was our second time here and unfortunately I doubt we will be back. The staff literally looked like they hated their lives. The young man who seated us did not smile one time and mumbled when he spoke. Our server spoke clearly but seemed pre-occupied and also did not smile. The food was the worst part. Clearly everything served to us was processed our out of a bag/box. I had the patty melt. The burger patty was a perfect circle and sooooooo thin! The cheese was a slice of what I can only imagine was the great value brand single wrapped cheese and it was stuck to the bread. My wife had the spaghetti with meatballs. Well, they forgot the meatballs first and foremost. But I have never in my life tasted spaghetti with meat sauce that literally had no taste! Seriously!!! Zero taste! It was the strangest thing! Overall, this is not a place I would recommend. We’ve tried twice and both times has been a complete failure. Hopefully your experience was better than ours!
