Carving board is always good! Not only is the food good but the servers are nice! It’s over of my regular spots to eat at! Their sesame spicy noodles are wicked good! And if you’ve never tried their soups …. Do it! They have absolutely wonderful rustic but sophisticated soups!!!

I love carving board amazing food but they really need to do something about the wait time. I understand it’s busy but some of us have to get back to our jobs and leaves us with no time to even enjoy the food. I only had 10 minutes to eat after waiting almost an hour. There were clients getting checkout before me when they were way behind me in the line.

I came here on 1/18/21 around 4:20pm with a couple friends. One friend wanted to come here to get some spicy noodles. The restaurant was clean. Staff were wearing masks and they are required by guest. We didn’t sit down to eat or anything. However, you can come it. I got to try the spicy noodles. They were good, but cold. Plus, I don’t really do spicy. I also tried the beets, it was fine but not my cup of tea. It tasted like a foreign fruit. You are allowed to try the different items and they actually give you a decent amount. The store was clean and staff was friendly. No complaints

First impressions is the business! My first impression was a great one. Staff where happy and food was excellent. I had time to speak with the staff and learn a little about the place. They have been in business 20 plus years and people drive over an hour to eat here. Great selection of food and I did see quite a bit I would like to try. If you are in town. Take the time to eat lunch here.

I just love the Carving Board and have since my friend introduced me years ago. My favorite sandwich is grilled chicken on a croissant with melted cheddar, bacon, lettuce, avocado, and red pepper Mayo. Their tortellini salad is my favorite but I’ve never had anything I didn’t like from Carving Board. Today, even though they’re short-staffed and very busy at lunch, everyone was still patient and pleasant. Can’t wait until my next lunch there.

Tried the carving board for the first time, I had the roast beef and my wife had the roasted chicken and a bowl of chowder. The sandwiches and soup we’re really good, everything was fresh. Everything is made in house and the meat is sliced to order. The lady serving me had a bit of an attitude, but the food was good.
