Very disappointing experience here. We were excited to come here and try some different beers after looking at their website. Upon arrival they only had 14 out of 32 taps with beer. They claimed they were downsizing or restructuring or something. The pretzel appetizer was 3 pretzel sticks instead of the giant style pretzel pictured or on the menu. The food was just ok overall we both ordered brats. The fries were pretty spicy and they didn’t give you very many. I’m not sure you can claim to be a draft beer place and not have the selection that you claim. We did find out they are not associated with The Casual Pint in Sevierville.

Great bar find on the parkway. Good selection of beers – IPAs, lagers, stouts, sours, ales. They also had a good cocktail menu, including the tropical paradise drink which I highly recommend. Staff was also attentive and this is connected to the hotel next door, so its a plus if you are staying there.

Nice calm, casual place to relax from the busy area. Artichoke dip is delicious an absolute must have.

Food was excellent. The ordering process was jacked up. Half our party was done eating when the other half got food. We heard “we are in the middle of a shift change” at least 5 times as a excuse. Prices were ok. $12 for a brat and chips. Sitting at the bar is your best option. You don’t have to order and sit down or go back up to bar to get a drink.

Best hotel bar I think I’ve visited. Great craft beer selection. Lots of beers that are hard to find in indiana were on draft here. Also, you could buy rare beers to take home if you don’t want to have a drink at the bar. They had a decent soft pretzel. Their fries weren’t good, but they had a nice Buffalo chicken wrap. The staff were super friendly.

Nice little hidden gem. Great drink options. Love the tropical lemonade. The pretzel and beer cheese are a must.

Great place for local craft brews and bar food. It’s attached to the Holiday Inn so usually not too packed.

I was staying at the Holiday Inn and of course The Casual Pint is connected to the hotel. I’m a diamond member and I travel all over the country and noticed that happy hour here was from 4:00 to 7:00. No way I could miss that! I stopped in and was met by the beautiful bartender who is very personable and I ordered the best Gray goose lemon drop I ever tasted. Well Made!

Always nice to have a restaurant/bar in your hotel. I didn’t eat there just had a cold beer in the evening. Very friendly bartenders and staff!

In all my life, I’ve never had such a uniquely poor dining experience. Almost every facet of the experience was subpar. Sometimes, you have to wait an hour and a half, but the food is good when it arrives. Not here. Ridiculously slow and truly subpar. So, it must be budget friendly, right? Nope! Every meal is $12 or more for cheap, poorly-made bar foods. I got $12 loaded fries, didn’t get them until after most ppl in my party were finished eating, and they were literally burnt and left a gross taste in my mouth. The waiter refused to write anything down, despite it being a party of ten. So, I didn’t ask for what I really wanted, because I knew he was already struggling. Sure enough, when our food arrived—literally over an hour later—there were several mistakes. He then told us we didn’t get what we ordered because the menu had a misprint. …what? We were given 3 food menus for 10 people, and, if there is a drink menu, we never saw one. The dining room was full of empty tables full of dirty dishes despite there never being more than 3-4 tables needing service at one time. About the only positive was the waiter’s ability to appear friendly. He was incompetent, but he wasn’t outwardly rude. All the same, I visited a month and a half ago, and I was sitting here, states away, getting retroactively annoyed by how truly, uniquely poor the experience was, and how the reviews and the menu tricked us into visiting.
