The Steakhouse Martini
Grey goose vodka, sprits of vermouth, option with olive brine, shaken or stirred, we recommend stirred. He went to celebrate his good fortunes at the local bar and The Martinez (now Martin)i was born
$17.00

Bombay sapphire gin, lemon, honey. The phrase “the bee’s knee’s” was popular slang during the Prohibition Era to call something outstanding. This cocktail is a simple take of the Gin Sour and is rich and refreshingly bright

Makers mark, campari, carpano antica. This classic cocktail is the bourbon lover’s answer to the Negroni. The strong yet rounded flavors create a cocktail that is rich and lively

Went to The Charcoal Room inside Santa Fe Station casino this evening for dinner to celebrate a family member’s birthday. Atmosphere is definitely upscale but not over the top. Staff is very polite, attentive and friendly-we really felt cared for. Our waiter Anthony was great! He brought up and suggested the “catch of the day” which was pan seared halibut. I couldn’t tell you all that it was seasoned with and all the details of it but it was delicious and I posted a photo of it here. Everyone had a really great time, enjoyed the food and drinks and I would definitely return to celebrate a birthday here!

Everyone the hostess, buser and our server Miguel were very friendly and nice. But, Miguel our server went beyond and above to make sure everything was absolutely perfect! The food was hot, fresh and delicious as usual!

The charcoal room definitely exceeded my expectations. I was not aware of this place until I was invited to dine here and it was so delightful. The Seabass was seasoned to perfection. The lobster mac & cheese, the scallops and the calamari were fantastic as well. I really enjoyed the pear sidecar too, it was different than what I’m used to but good.

Great food. Will definitely be back to sample more of the menu! The desserts are excellent too. Only downside is smoke drifting in from the casino if you sit close to the entrance.

We had a really good experience if 4.5 stars was available that’s what we would have give the Charcoal room. Just a couple things that made it not quite a 5 star steak house in Las Vegas. 1. Dirty Menu 2. Random black hair on our table cloth. 3. Fake pink rose pedals 4. Not quite a 5 star steak.

Had dinner here for in laws birthdays. The restaurant is big and has a nice ambiance. There is a lot of seating. The staff is friendly and inviting. Its a fine dining type of restaurant. Our server was very knowledgable and helpful. Bread was tasty and drinks were yummy. Tried the bone in ribeye and porter house steaks. All really big portions and cooked to perfection. One of my favorite steak houses in town. The steak is always cooked to perfection and such quality meat. The sides are delicious as well. The atmosphere is perfect for me to bring my family and friends to, or just enjoy a date night with my wife. I have been coming here for years and recommend to everyone.
