Walked in to the Larkspur location and it was filthy. There were crumbs and used napkins on all of the tables and floors. The food came out very quick and the employees were very polite, but food was just mediocre. If you’re craving a good cheesesteak, I would look into a different place.

The restaurant was so filthy dirty, I couldn’t eat there. Drove from San Rafael because I was craving a Philly but that place clearly needs someone managing it. Every table was totally filthy even though no one was there eating. Could hear workers in the back just talking. So gross. Sadly I bet the food is awesome because how could this place stay open otherwise. Still I won’t eat somewhere that smells and feels like a truck stop restroom.

This location had top notch staff. Not sure of cashiers name, but he was a Caucasian gentleman with long blondish hair, hope this vague description give him internal recognition. Immediate welcome on arrival. Great suggestive selling, non pushy, and authentic. Verified order. When not cashiering he was prebussing and bussing tables.

This place has a Fabolous cheese steak at a reasonable price. It is usually busy but they work fast 15 minutes is the waiting to get your food. French fries are delicious, perfect for take out, sitting area is very small.
