Overall, our experience was good. The food was good but the service could have been slightly better. The waitress forgot to bring some food for my mother-in-law and a drink for my step-daughter. The waitress was very kind and she often came to clear out the table a few times.

Yummy food per usual at any Cheesecake Factory. Our waiter (forgive me, I forget his name) was very friendly and accommodating, as we were in a bit of a rush due to an awaiting flight at the Philadelphia airport. Our food came out in an average timely manner and it was very delicious. Of course Cheesecake Factory is a bit more expensive but I’d say it’s worth it. Stop by if you’re at KOP!

I really enjoy this place, and definitely want to come back, but I’ve had consistent problems with the service… I have never had an issue with my food, as it is really good, great taste and portion. I love the appetizer bread too. The atmosphere is also great, everything is good, except for usually the waiter or waitress. One time I went, the waiter daz, baz, buzz light year? Whatever, just like wasn’t showing up. My family ordered drinks and it took like 20 minutes, and then our food didn’t all come out at once and when it did, it was long intervals between. We couldn’t get refills because he just wasn’t coming over. And then another time on my birthday, our waitress who I forget her name, kept coming by, but it felt she was trying to rush us out, and ultimately as a birthday desert was a minuscule half spoonful of melted ice cream. Honestly wouldn’t be too surprised she ate it… They used to be huge sundaes? Idk. Interesting and sad, their service is crashing more than the dishes they break… but I love the food, so I’ll keep coming back, unlike the first waiter :))

Our server was fast & the wait for the food wasn’t long. The fried mac and cheese balls are a MUST. My entree was the chicken from the skinnylicious menu, a little oily but still good. I finished off with the s’mores cheesecake, the presentation was nice. Wanted to go for happy hour but found out it was only offered at the bar area. Free parking is available for this location! I recommend looking at the menu before you go, it’s huge!

I went for my aunt’s birthday lunch. The food was delicious! I got the Korean Fried Cauliflower, Chicken Taquitos and Side Caesar salad. For dessert, I had my favorite, the Oreo Dream Cheesecake. The waitress, Regina, was great! The restaurant atmosphere was professional and beautiful.

As with most folks, did some shopping at the mall and then took my kids for dinner. Place was busy, but we were seated quickly. Service was good. Food was good. My only gripe was there were a lot of gnats. We were seated by the bar along the wall and gnats were pestering several guests.I’d understand if we were outdoor dining.
