Cheesecake Factory at the Greenwood Mall was a great choice for dinner. It wasn’t crowded, staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The brown bread as a starter with butter was great. We also had the Dynamite Shrimp which was delicious. My wife had the beets and avocado salad as a starter which she enjoyed. The Sheila’s salad was my selection for the evening and it was way more than I expected. I needed help finishing it but I did. It was a great choice and very flavorful throughout every bite. My son had the flatbread pizza, I had a piece of it, and he finished all of it. Very tasteful pizza. My wife had the Tuscan Chicken meal. The dish was a delicious meal, however, she had an unfortunate issue with the new cooking process for the chicken. The new chicken cooking process, which the manager came out to explain after we informed the waiter of the rubbery condition of the chicken, needs to have the chicken cook a little longer to cook throughout. Her chicken wasn’t cooked long enough. They were apologetic and and removed the meal off the tab. We appreciated the manager taking the time to explain what happened. He took the plate back to the kitchen to show and explain the issue to his staff. I appreciated that act tremendously. Overall a great experience with world-class professionalism exhibited when faced with an issue. Thanks CCF.

Such a fancy place! Food is extremely expensive so you’re gonna want to set a budget if you wanna splurge on their amazing menu. Tried the seafood gumbo and it was fire! However, their sweet tea priced at $8/glass wasn’t great at all so I don’t recommend that…

Food was good..really liked the chicken sesame. Had to give 3 stars as restaurant was not clean. No soap in 1 of the sinks and mud all over the womens bathroom floor. At our table food was on the wall looked like macaroni or something. Booth seats were very hard as well. For the money $$$$ expect a cleaner restraunt.

My husband and I ate here for our valentine’s dinner on Feb 13. I had a slushy alcoholic drink called a Georgia Peach. My husband had a hamburger with some asparagus. I had the combo of Chicken Madeira and steak Diane with spinach.

We’ve always had a good experience here until this time. We got there during lunch hours . While Looking at the lunch menu we ordered assuming we were ordering lunch since our menu was opened to lunch . She never asked if we wanted the lunch portion or dinner size. I ordered Louisiana chicken and it was burnt. I couldn’t even hardly cut it. We got our bill and it was regular price. I asked her about it and she said I never asked for the lunch portion and I was taking my leftovers with me so they charged the regular price. Yes I was taking leftovers because I thought it was my lunch order. When she asked how our food was I said it was just ok. She giggled but never continued the conversation. On a good note, the Cheesecake was delicious.

WORST FOOD EVER!! Every meal we ordered had issues. The rice come out in big blobs that you had to cut and was like mush, the chicken you couldn’t cut bc it wasn’t cooked thoroughly, only one meal was worth a darn and that was my grandmothers cheeseburger. This was the worst Mother’s Day dinner and unfortunately we had 5 mommas out of 7 of us. My mother in law said she’d have rather went to White Castle. The server was in a fowl mood and just threw menus down on the table, had we not been paying attention my brother in law would have worn his drink. The manager was quick to just say let’s comp this and that but didn’t want to hear anything about what was wrong with the food. So we’re being given dessert and we’re gonna go to dinner somewhere else. I sure hope no one else gets this waiter this evening or the food that we got.

It was my first time coming here:) I brought my girlfriend here and my server destiny made us feel very welcomed and even brought her out a complimentary icecream because it was also her birthday! Highly recommend and would come back again. Costumer service was absolutely 10/10 and they were super fast as well!
