Oh my! We had the dark meat + 2 sides & everything was delicious. Sweet plantains + beans for one, & rice & beans for another – yum! Sangria was delicious & not too sugary. Had to order the ‘salty’ plantains which were thin, crispy & amazing. Three sauces provided with the meals, but truthfully, they’re not needed because the food is so flavorful. I don’t eat chicken skin but this was so tasty that I ate all (think the best roasted chicken you’ve had, NOT greasy/fried). I live in south county & will make the 40 minute drive north again. Thank you!

Simply put.. Authentic!!!….Bolivian food so good it felt like we were there. The chicken was outstanding and the different sauces they gave us to try with the chicken were all different and tasted wonderful.. the red beans and rice were fantastic and had a wonderful crunch to go with the great flavour.. You can tell that whomever prepared the food is proud of where they came from and the food they love too.
