Absolutely amazing. Would give more stars if I could. I ordered the chicken bacon avocado wrap w/ southern house sauce and peanut sauce with my friend. The food was made very fast, the chicken was moist and crispy, the lettuce and avocado were fresh, the fries were crispy, the peanut sauce was so good I could drink it. Definitely coming back for more!

The first few weeks they were open it was on point. Fresh chicken, large portions and accurate orders. It has slowly been going down hill. Sometimes the food is cold. Other times there are things missing. Today the portions are much smaller and they missed a sauce. The prices have gone up so it’s a bummer to pay 13.00 for less food and a missing sauce. The chicken is pounded thin and there are a anout half the fries as normal. It honestly looks like I’ve eaten half of it before taking the pictures.

My food was made after I ordered it, chicken and fries came out fresh and crispy, their voodoo sauce was AMAZING. The people inside seemed perky. My girl likes the prickly pear drink. Keep up the great work, guys! We love your business!

Worst experience we have ever had! When we pulled up the employee greeted us with a high pitched voice similar to Alvin the chipmunk, we later witnessed him huffing off a balloon through the windows which confirmed our assumption he just took in a hit of helium. This second draw from the helium balloon was just prior to watching him smashing our food container lid down before putting it in the bag. My frIes were a cold clump of tiny end pieces or bits. My chipotle chicken sandwich was one strip with a huge knob at the end which was not eatable. Much less abundant than ever before. My peach tea was watered down and nothing like I was expecting. We spent $30 on lunch. So sad, this company deserves better than the Crater Lake Hwy location provided. Worst ever! Never again!

I have never been here before and the worker taking my order was so sweet and willing to explain everything to me. Very knowledgeable, I believe his name is Robbert? I will honestly come back because of him. So many times I go places, the workers act like they don’t want to be there but he was very kind, understanding, and knowledge. The food was amazing! I got the chicken tenders and the chicken was , melt in your mouth delicious! 10/10 all the way around

I’ve been driving past them for a while now. I finally had some time to check out the place. The staff are amazing good customer service. The food is good! I will never go back to chick fil a when I’m in Medford. Can’t forget the sauces I had 3 different ones and they all were good! I got the five piece crispy chicken the chicken salad sandwich the pear lemonade & the strawberry lemonade, both lemonades were good but the pear is definitely my favorite! I recommend!!
