The subs are always very good. One of my favorite sandwich shops. However, I ordered a BLT with extra bacon and pepper jack cheese and it had neither. It’s a simple job for the sandwich maker to read an order correctly. Very disappointing and it will be some time before I go back. Make sure to double check your orders before you leave.

I will never come here again their customer service is the worst I ever seen and I’ve worked in restaurant business for 8 years. They forgot half my order then when I called back & asked about it respectfully they kept putting me on hold & nick the manager hung up in my face because he said they were “busy” do not go here!!! First time here. The sandwich of the month of June was not that good. I knew when I ordered it that it wasn’t going to be authentic, but I specialize in cooking Korean cuisines, and this sandwich didn’t even come close to Korean BBQ. Also, the staff behind the counter acted sooooo lackadaisical. Lastly, the whipped cream on my icecream was foamy. I’m not sure if this was supposed to be or not, but it didn’t taste like whipped cream. Next time I’m in town, I think I’m going to try somewhere else.

Good ice creams, sandwiches with fresh tasting various grain breads. Unfortunately, inconsistent service. Mainly many can be lame & lazy. Especially, the younger unmotivated staff that would rather play with their smart phones and socialize with themselves. It’s hard to get much reasonable and thoughtful help anymore.
