Really cool atmosphere and the food was amazing. The country fried steak and eggs is made with a Ribeye steak. The breakfast enchiladas was a great surprise and was sooo good too! We’ll be back every time we’re in Virginia City. Also, the prices are really good too.

A well hidden gem with a beautiful atmosphere. Garlic bread appetizer was delish! We had breakfast and came back for dinner. Disappointed that no alcohol served. Our server was great despite being short staffed and working all shifts that day.

Such a great time. Lots of laughs with the staff and other guests, and the food was delicious. Went with the Crusted Chicken and the Rib Eye and both were done to perfection. As you can see, it is lick the plate good.

We loved it here, the food was so amazing I forgot to take photos. The staff were wonderful to talk to. As for the food, All I can say is the aromas as the plates hit the table and the perfectly cooked salmon and chicken were delectable. I had a delightful low key casual dining experience which is exactly what we were after. I hope you come back soon.

At the risk of adding further attention to this place and creating long wait times (which could be the case in the high tourist season already anyway), I will concur with the majority of reviewers that this is a gem of a find. It’s just a short probably 10 min walk from the center of town which takes this place off the radar for those that didn’t do their research. For those that did their homework (that’s you reading this) you can say Eureka! Parking is limited but you can park on the side of the road while leaving ample room for traffic.

OMG!!! Just ate here tonight, my wife simply picked it after seeing the pics of the building, We were greeted by the owners son who was awesome, he was busy as could be and the only waiter on staff tonight, he ran between tables delivering amazing dish after amazing dish. the Garlic Cider Bread, five star, the soup chicken and wild rice, five star, the salmon wild rice and the crusted chicken with lemon sauce and rice, 5 star. the blue cheese salad dressing delicious, oh wait the ciders, tried 3 and all of them as good last… Better service than I have seen 4 waiters at a 5 star establishment do… if anyone is in Virginia City it is worth the wait!

Wanted to have dinner there for our five year anniversary. When calling the restaurant, the owners son who takes the reservation was very rude! He states that you have to be seated in your seat promptly at your reservation time and then hangs up on you! Upon arriving to the restaurant we were treated rudely again by both the owner and her son who took our reservation. They treated us like we were an inconvenience to them. We left and did not give them our business. This is the second time visiting this restaurant and certainly will be the last as the owners son was rude over a year ago but we thought maybe he was just having a bad day. We did have dinner that time and the son is the one who waits your table. I remember it being a very uncomfortable atmosphere the entire time we were there. The food was really good and that is why we wanted to return. This is how they treat their customers ALL THE TIME!! Horrible customer service!!!
