We learned about this place from Downtown SJ’s Restaurant Week. It was technically still brunch time, but they let us order the prix fixe menu for the event. The owners were there and they told us they just opened two weeks ago! Off to a great start, all the food was on point. I loved everything! The crushed avocado was delicious and refreshing, I recommend sharing it. Truffle fries were crisp and not greasy, with a really good garlic aioli (tasted like actual aioli, not just mayonnaise), but they go well with ketchup too. I would gladly drop by just for fries and a drink during bar hours. The pan-seared salmon was rich, soft inside with a nice crisp outer, I loved the pepper seared onto the bottom. The snap peas and cream sauce made it refreshing and the cauliflower rice was tender and melded with all the other flavors. The desserts were a perfect size to share, or eat on your own if you have a dessert stomach! Loved the ultra rich lava cake, the berries and cream were a necessary pairing. The cheesecake was great with berries too, I loved the soft crust. We totally cleaned our plates, there was nothing I did not like. The servers were super attentive, my water never went empty. I was told the waffles are really good, so we will probably be back for brunch another time!

Great service. Amazing food. We went for brunch and my wife said they had the best aperol spritz she’s had in a really long time. The espresso martini was delicious. The service was very attentive. You should really try this
