Use to come here once or twice a week back in the day with my coworker. It was always good and hasn’t changed. It’s upscale but not stuffy. It’s a bit pricey but worth it every now and then. Choice liquor as well. Staff is always ready to please.

I do takeout from here and order basically the same thing. Steak sandwich no crispy onions. Today Casey took my order, thoroughly, but somehow I ended up with them-mashed into the cheese. I’m gluten free so I could not eat it. This was a special occasion, however I only had a short time to eat so unfortunately I didn’t have time to go back. It was a real bummer. I called to tell her that there was onions on our sandwiches and instead of apologizing or addressing the situation, she took the defensive – she was rude and denied it – “you didn’t say no onions” oh yes I did. (‘On both?’ she asked.) And come to think of it, she didn’t repeat my order back to me. I’m a former waitress and this person clearly did not care about this takeout order. Very unprofessional. Never going back.

Best dinner in a long time. Will be back again. 1/26/19 Update: Went back a second time and the food was terrible. Reduced the rating from 5 star to 1 star…come on people be consistent. Steak was over cooked actually well done when we asked for rare. This is a Steak house so you would think they would know how to cook a steak.

BEWARE this establishment. Had been to this restaurant several times before without issue. However, on our last visit my mother became violently ill with food poisoning within an hour of leaving. Called to let the owner (Mike) know. He was incredibly rude, arrogant, and accusatory. Refused to refund a $20 steak or even apologize, stating he did not want to “admit responsibility.” Could not imagine being treated worse as a customer!

Uncooked food. Terrible service. I decided to go out and have a steak with my wife. After we placed an order they brought out food. My wife’s dish was fine while I asked for a medium well steak. When I cut into the steak I noticed that it wasnt even pink. It was ROUGH. Completely uncooked. So I sent it back and asked for a new one. Now my wife finishes up her dish and the steak comes in. NOW, I noticed that they brought the SAME steak just burned now. So I cut into it again just to find out that its still ROUGH. I decided to just send it back. I left hungry. All I heard from the staff is just excuses. I wrote them a letter via the website and got NO RESPONSE from them either. I figured that they will at last apologize but nothing. TERRIBLE customer service and food is not even done the right way.

I used to be a frequent customer. Food used to taste good there but something changed in last 8 months and food is terrible. Steaks don’t taste the same, not cooked to the requested temp and management just doesn’t care. I asked for medium well and got a raw steak twice. I sent it back just to find out again its still raw inside. What the h…..? Iasked to be contacted by management but no reply. Stay away from it.

Food is ok, one of the “servers” has an bossy attitude when she is behind the bar. The bartender John and server John are the only two people there that have a decent personality. The owner has a confrontational demeanor and marches around the small restaurant with his hands clasped behind him as though he was lord of the land surveying his empire. Not the sharpest tack in the drawer if you ever have the misfortune to try and have a civil conversation with him.
