SIGNATURE SANDWICHES
California Turkey
Turkey, bacon, avocado, tomato, sprouts, herb cheese spread on whole wheat. Our number 1 seller. It’s probably the 5th best sandwich in Charleston. The herb cheese is amazing. The staff eats it with a spoon out back while smoking pot.		 $11.96

Cowboy Chicken Sandwich
Chicken, bacon, avocado, mixed greens, ranch on brioche. Our second best selling sandwich. Because I wanna be a cowboy baby! That was a nod to Kid Rock. Anyone 40 years old out there?		 $11.44
The Masters
Housemade egg salad, sprouts + tomatoes on whole wheat. My favorite sandwich. I eat this daily. It tastes like a recipe that has been handed down for generations. I just found it on Google, and it tastes great.		 $10.40
Tuna Salad Sandwich
Tuna in balsamic + olive oil with dill + chili flakes, pickles, swiss, mayo, mustard, on whole wheat. It’s not MAYO based. Yes, you read that correctly.		 $11.44

Cobb Salad
Mixed greens, roasted chicken, hard boiled egg, bacon, tomato, avocado, bleu cheese, ranch dressing. It’s a solid Cobb Salad. Everything you need. Including Boar’s Head Bacon.		 $13.52
KIDDOS
Kid’s Co-Op
Ham or turkey sammy with cheese, served on White Bread. Don’t be annoying and do modifications, it’s the end of the world. Your child doesn’t need Arugula added to his/her sandwich.		 $4.16
Kid’s Grilled Cheese
Full sammy with American cheese on white bread. Adults order this as they are too cheap to order an expensive sandwich. I don’t blame them. It’s very good.		 $4.16

Full sammy with grape jelly. Served on white bread. Don’t order too many of these. The staff hates making these as it makes all the knives dirty and they have to rewash everything. Pain in the ass.		 $4.16

Choice of plain or everything bagel with cream cheese. Boring. So boring. But so easy for us to make. We give you a container of cream cheese. We don’t spread it on. We lost a customer because we no longer spread on the cream cheese. I’m glad as he was a prick.		 $4.16

The IOP location is located in a Harris Teeter anchored shopping center with plenty of free parking…except during peak tourist season of course. We split a California Turkey sandwich which was really good, and we left with a Froze, a wine based slushy. The place has a couple tables inside and seating outside. Recommended.

First time at the Co-Op! From the warm welcome to the simplicity of the menu the experience was one that I can’t wait to experience again. I ordered the Cowboy Chicken without bacon on sunflower multigrain bread. The sandwich was served warm and brought out to my table.

We love the frose here! Cute pink cafe that specializes in different frose, such as watermelon or strawberry. Very refreshing in the hot summer at the beach. They also offer espressos and sandwiches. Definitely worth trying.

Went for the ice-cream since soft serve places are few and far between. This place could be so adorable but was super dirty and probably come here again unless it had a good cleaning. Ice-cream was good though.

Went by The CO-OP this morning for breakfast and saw the steak & egg with bacon and cheese and it was great!!! Great atmosphere, good service, know the owner personally and probably never would had tried it but glad I did and off your in the area check it out, $1 coffee, fresh bagels, muffins, daily specials. I’m definitely going to check it out for lunch one day also.
