As out-of-state visitors, after having stopped at 3 different CB&TL locations, I would say the food and drinks are solid. The service and order accuracy are less so. Unlike major multi-national competitors, these stores seem to employ high school age staff that are less motivated than some bigger companies. This seems to be common at this location and stores in other cities in the region. The Seattle based competition is a better option based on my three weeks in SoCal.

I was at the store week day after work. I was sitting in the couch. The staff of the store was very disrespectful. They were unprofessionally laughing and giggling during work hour. They were disrespect toward to customer. The atmosphere was loose and unprofessional. I didn’t have a great time there. I felt disrespect by the staff. I don’t recommend anyone to come here.
