We use the best milk in the New York Metro area. Battenkill Valley Creamery is a 5th generation family farm in Salem County, NY in the Hudson River Valley. It tastes amazing in lattes, cappuccinos and flat whites.

Just left here for the first time and it was amazing! I had the fluffiest and most flavorful waffle! My cappuccino and my husband’s coffee were incredible! My husband had a forest ham and egg croissant for and he said it was so flakey, buttery and yummy!! In addition, we got to listen to some great music by Austin. This was an excellent find and we will be back!!!!

This place is a gem to have in our community! The coffee is incredible and their food is awesome. They offer a large number of gluten free options which is great for my wife. The owner, Jeff, is a wonderful guy who deeply cares about the community and his employees. He is always running some event or hosting a local artist to brighten up downtown Rahway.

I guess many of us have different experiences here. Ours wasn’t necessarily bad, but it wasn’t great. For a price tag of $40 I wasn’t expecting to get served in plastic cups, Paper plates. The food wasn’t amazing, it was what seemed to be store bought Arnold toast , the salmon we thought would be smoked but the flavor wasn’t there (as my previous reviews I am never one to point out flavors but this just fell unfortunately flat), the lattes were watered down and didn’t have flavor despite being charged an additional $0.75 for coconut an $0.50 for caramel. When they brought out the poached egg on the salmon toast the individual said said himself that “sorry the egg isn’t fully cooked and runny. It’s poached” the white of the egg, As seen in the photos, isn’t cooked. I guess the point is, if you know it isn’t fully cooked , why bring it out? Nonetheless after two of us had some GI distress shortly after eating it led me to leave the review. Not sure if it was the egg since we steered clear , I think it was the salmon, or it couldn’t have been neither and completely unrelated. The 3 stars is because the food and drinks were palatable but they were not worth the $40 price tag, nor was the ambiance or concept of paper plates and plastic cups at that price point.

This place is fantastic! Artsy, eclectic, with some rustic, yet practical and functional (see photos), great menu options, and everything is homemade at home-brewed.. I love the style, the people are friendly, the drink I had was delicious, and I love that there are healthy (and did I mention delicious?!) choices. Oh, and there’s open-mic nights. I seriously found a new soul-center place, so glad I came across this spot!

Great café! The coffee is a bit on the weaker side so you might want to add an extra shot, but it’s smooth and flavorful, and it comes out super fast! Staff is attentive and friendly and the ambience is very nice as well. Really appreciated how they brought out a chilled mug of water when I asked for one instead of just having a self-service option — appreciate it’s a small thing but it really shows that they go above and beyond. Highly recommended!

We ordered avocado toast,three cheese panini wrap, and couple of coffee. Their coffee was nice but the food was average. We visited on Sunday morning and their outdoor seating was nice and there was a small local band performing which made our morning.
