Efficient, consistent, and tasty. Went there for breakfast when it was packed and yet rather than a long wait, I was seated quickly as well as almost immediately and pleasantly greeted. The faire came out quickly and was well…. perfect, consistent, and delicious! I had an important business meeting that day and “The Coffee Shop” helped make me getting there on time a lot less stressful. I went to other highly touted restaurants in Vegas and have to say this was my best dining experience. Simple American faire, well prepared with no surprises and more importantly no disappointments. Yes, it is on the high side, but the days of the $7.99 all you can eat, are long gone.
