Enjoyed this lovely restaurant tucked behind the Wright Brothers Memorial. The building appears to be an old house converted to an eatery. Stylish, but humbly decorated. The food selection was excellent—featuring seafood, meat, and pasta dishes. Our server was attentive but not at all obtrusive—giving us time to make our choices, eat, and enjoy our time. Food quality was great—except for rather hard (woody) broccoli spears and “modest” portion of crab atop my halibut. Wide and tempting array of desserts. Recommend.

The cafe is a cute place. We ordered Halibut with lump crab and the Mixed Grill, which had tuna and shrimps. Both the food and service were very good. Keep in mind that the portions are on the smaller side if you are very hungry.

By far the BEST dining experience I’ve had at the beach. The dinner was spectacular, the service was magnificent, and the restaurant was packed! All of these factors made for an excellent experience. I will recommend this to anyone who is having a big celebration in the outer banks!

Wonderful dining experience. Food was absolutely superb. Service was great. Appetizers and salad came to the table quickly. And then dinner followed. After we had dessert and it was hard to pick which one. Now we’re stuffed. We will return in the future.

This cafe was recommended by a group of couple friends who made reservations for 5pm, when they opened. The parking lot was filling fast. The cafe had a bed n breakfast feel with narrow steps and dining spaces upstairs where our party of 10 was seated. The waitress was friendly and informative. I ordered shrimp scampi with a 6oz. steak and a glass of Riesling. It took a great deal if time to make it to the table but very good. Dress in evening attire. I would visit again when in town.
