Had The Comet and the Chef/Cook did it right. Burgers were cooked thoroughly but not dry and the two grilled cheeses on the top and bottom were toasted perfectly. Waitress was great, very attentive. Would definitely return.

This place was AWESOME! I was on a trip with my girlfriend and her family up in Michigan and we decided to stop at this diner for dinner on the way to our hotel. As soon as I walked in I was taken aback by the beautiful retro/80’s-90’s aesthetic and cozy atmosphere. The whole place is very pleasing to look at and even more pleasant to dine at.

Food was amazing I love how everything is homemade. The atmosphere and music was fun. Jody is the best server and has a great personality. We can’t wait to come back here and try breakfast. Thank you for everything Jody!!

Excellent all around. Incredible service. The pickle fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. The Reuben was incredibly flavorful and delicious!

The booth where we sat was not in great shape (bottom out on the bench and a loose spring). However the friendly and helpful staff as well as excellent food well made up for it.

The Rueben was the best I’ve ever eaten. Great sweet potato fries and onion rings. Loved the unusual ice cream flavor options. Great music!

Great little place set up like a 50’s diner. Burger was so good. Fries are battered so extra delicious crunch with each bite. Mozzarella sticks were really good as well. Also the Mac and cheese bites are smothered with bacon and cheese. To top it off try the tuxedo cake. Fun place, good 50’s music and vibe. Service was fast and our server was super friendly. Would definitely come back.

Very friendly staff. Food good. Have to get ice cream while there. Reasonably priced and generous serving. Only one thing Really bothered me. The young men working in kitchen rubbing hands through their hair, talking about their hair and then I assume cooking when they went back into kitchen and I’m sure put gloves before they started to cook? Can only hope but we will try again if ever in the area

This restaurant deserves 10 stars. It’s a must for your bucket list. Be sure to tell Lonnie, our excellent waitress and Jodie, the amazing cook, we said hello! This place truly is classic. They make most of their food from scratch. We had a delicious breakfast including homemade corned beef and fresh Mozzarella on the Omelet. And homemade
