Place is stunning on the inside. Food was mediocre. Had it been hot or even warm, maybe I would have left 3 stars. Our waitress was nice but she needed help. We were the only ppl in the restaurant besides another small group. Manager should have helped more with assistance. Will not be going back. Disappointed.

When someone shows you who they are the first time, believe them. The Concession Stand had previously opened back in ’22 but as the manager informed immediately informed me, had closed temporarily due to ‘poor management’.

I am really surprised this place reopened with how poorly it has been run. The kitchen is the same as the HUB, but you will pay quite a bit more. If you sit in the bar be prepared to hear axes being thrown at the wall next to you. The prices and the decor say fine dining, but it’s atmosphere, service and the name of restaurant itself screams “Hi welcome to chili’s”

We had a great dining experience at The Concession Stand restaurant in Novi. Our service was wonderful, the food was delicious, the vibe was upscale, and there are several entertainment options within steps. I didn’t try cocktails or desserts on this visit but I will next time.
