I just had the BEST sub ive ever had in my life at the connection. Pastrami, corned beef, swiss cheese, saurkraut, 1000 island, on white bread. (I dont like rye.) All hot, melted and omg goodness!!! It tasted 10x better than the pic looks!!!

I’m all for supporting a local business but lately I’ve been disappointed by this spot. Not only is there virtually no customer service, with employees acting annoyed that you simply want to place an order…but today I ordered a wrap and this is what I got. Not sure what this is..and I only asked for 1 topping on the wrap and they forgot it. Not pleased with my last few experiences and likely won’t be back.

Ordered their specialty sub- Turkey ham and bacon. The bread is very thick and very hard to eat. Very basic, doesn’t taste much. The cookies taste terrible. Poor customer service.

We ordered the chicken Philly, grilled chicken sub and tuna, it was ok, staff was not friendly. Overheard the lady speaking to another customer saying they were short handed, that there have been only 2 of them working for the last 8 days. Didn’t interact with us, seems to favor white folks.

I had a chicken ceasar salad. It tasted pretty good, and I was satisfied with the food, but the place was definitely not “service with a smile.” Since my order was to go, I had requested a fork to be included in the bag. When they forgot a fork and when I went back in to ask for one, the lady asked, “didn’t you get a fork before?” and I told her no, but she responded with a sing-songy “hmm, that’s strange,” as if to imply that she didn’t believe me and that I was coming back to get more forks. The whole questioning was ludicrous and an awful way to treat a paying customer. So on the basis of that poor treatment, I have decided to “disconnect” from The Connection.
