We heard this place used to be good. I ordered the Buffalo chicken nachos, when you order nachos at a restaurant you expect real cheese… it was fake processed cheese. That’s cheap. The chicken was dry & under seasoned. Such a shame. If it used to be good then go back to what it used to be!

Love the fried chicken sandwich. Not many restaurants are only open Monday -Friday so they must do something right. I recommend going a little before or after lunch, or you will have to wait.

I called and placed a telephone lunch order of which was read back to me correctly. Once I arrived at the pickup window, I paid for my order and patiently waited (please note that my order was not reviewed prior to payment). A different lady brought my food to the window and then went to hand me my drinks. I asked if the cup she was handing me was a large and she replied no this is a medium. I let her know that I ordered two large drinks. She then states, “Do you have 50 more cents”? I gave her the additional change and she rudely handed me a large and then sat there glaring at me waiting for me to give her the medium back as if I’m a mind reader. As I was driving off, she hollers “and have a nice day” in a rude/snarky voice! As if I inconvenienced her to have to correct the mistake on my order. All I wanted was what I ordered, and ATTITUDE surely wasn’t part of what I ordered. Needless to say, I will never eat at the Coop again! Sam has caused the Coop to lose a customer.
