You walk into a fast overload of loving servers willing to help you to your table. As you walk by you can’t stop but to look at all the beautiful homemade breads, donuts, muffins on the tables.

Best avocado bennie ever! Creamy hollandaise, lots of perfectly ripe avocado, and tomato on a crispy English. Perfection! My husband’s breakfast wrap was stuffed with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs and cheese and accompanied with a generous portion of tasty salsa. The breakfast potatoes are excellent as well! Always a go-to spot for an extremely fresh and delicious breakfast.

The bacon is a bit too greasy and it seems like the portions are small. I ordered two eggs and it looked like I got one. The inside and parking are tiny. The timing of everything is a slow pace. The thing that makes all these other factors worth it are the baked goods they have. Cobble stone bread is by far my favorite

A very popular breakfast place. There’s usually a wait & the small parking lot is often full. But the breakfast is good, better when hot. Great muffins & cider donuts – get them to go.

Have tried every breakfast spot along the seabrook to portsmouth route 1 ride since moving here two years ago, copper lantern is the absolute favorite. Has become our weekly Sunday breakfast spot, a fresh baked donut makes for a great appetizer. The waitstaff is incredible, fun and and chatty. Enjoying becoming a regular here. (Thanks Linda, See you next Sunday!) The meat lovers omelette and the eggs Benedict specials are always our favorites!

They have the best blueberry donut I’ve ever had in my life. Very nice staff, too. Their parking lot, however, is my worst nightmare haha

We came here several times in 2022. During our 2023 visit, we found the prices were MUCH higher (even while taking into account almost every industry has had to raise prices) than other nearby businesses.
