My wife and I made reservations here for our anniversary and loved everything! The food and service was top notch and wish we had known about this place sooner!

This place is a must if you’re in the area! Make sure you call ahead to make reservations, it’s a small and intimate restaurant so they fill up fast. Every dish we had was phenomenal. The flavors and pairings were exceptional and surprising at times and presentation of each dish was on point as everything was beautifully plated. We started with the roasted feta and arancini- highly recommend both, especially the feta! I ordered the jagerschnitzel and the others I was with had two dishes that were seasonal specials – a salmon dish and an Asiago chicken dish. Again, all was cooked to perfection and the flavors were so wonderful and pleasant. I’m used to chicago prices so everything felt very fairly priced and honestly much lower than expected for the quality. Well done! If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be here again for sure.

First time eating there. Hands down the best food in town! I had the Jagger Schnitzel, and my mother had the tilapia. We shared the lemon bread pudding for dessert, which was so phenomenal that we didn’t even get a picture of it as it immediately disappeared!

This was our second time here, and it didn’t disappoint. The food is outstanding. My only issue is that they don’t have a liquor license. You can bring your own bottle of wine, but they charge you a corkage fee. I understand the fee if they serve wine and you bring your own. My wife and I will definitely be going back.

My wife and I went to The Copper Pig for our 25th anniversary dinner. We were both blown away by the food. The Parmesan Encrusted Tuna was amazing! The food arrived very fast and the service was great. The ambiance was excellent, just a tad too warm inside. Can’t wait to come back again some day

So happy we tried The Copper Pig. Imaginative and tasty and a nice change from our regular Sierra Vista places. For apps we had a spinach, roasted acorn, cranberry and feta salad with an agrodulce dressing, along with a plate of roasted feta with sun dried tomatoes and a sort of tomato-y peppery coulis and toasted bread. Both were excellent. Main courses were Jambalaya and for me a braised pork shank with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. Both were also delicious. You don’t find pork shank too often on a menu unless it’s schweinshaxe in a German restaurant. Anyhow, great atmosphere and great service too. Staff was super friendly. Reservations a must. They just got their BYOB license today, so plan ahead and bring your favorite wine or beer (no spirits).

A wonderful meal and very accommodating experience. I had the Copper Pig Trio it ws fabulous, three meats done to perfection. Bring your own bottle of your favorite wine. The added picture is a 5 layer cake to die for and apple pie and home made ice cream. Its a stop you must make, when in Bisbee.

Where do I start?! Very quaint setting, low lighting. We started with the roasted Feta appetizer , house salad that was uniquely delish ,trout on a bed of angel hair, w/roasted veggies and a succulent sauce. Finished with a raspberry cheese cake w/raspberry sauce and a chocolate sin cake on sauce. The combination of flavors were devine. The desserts were just sweet enough to not over power the taste of it. Decently priced for the up scale food served. It was remarkably wonderful.

My fourth time eating here, and every time, the experience is as homey and welcoming as can be. The mussels appetizer I had tonight was both perfectly sufficient as an entree, and probably the most elegant thing I’ve eaten here, but don’t stop yourself there. I kinda can’t help digging the schnitzel, too. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the service and hospitality flawless.

Easy 5 stars! We tried the roasted feta and gumbo for appetizers, the shrimp ravioli special for our main and various desserts- all were phenomenal. Ambiance was very relaxing and romantic. Service was wonderful.
