Staff is friendly, sandwiches are typical deli sandwiches, but the staff is unbelievably slow. As I watched and waited for my sandwiches it took one guy the better part of a half hour to make 4 simple sandwiches. If you go here definitely call ahead and I’d give it at least 45-min to an hour.

Was visiting from Cleveland, Ohio. Saw this deli checking out to see what was around our vacation home. Great place to get a bite to eat. Had a breakfast sandwich that was very good. Also the Reuben was very good. Aside from grabbing a bite you can get cold cuts, cheeses, coffee, and soft drinks. Friendly staff and great central location.

They don’t have a public bathroom and they have a min of credit cards (a nice guy in there bought my coffee) but after we found the bathroom down the street… then we went back .. and had the best seafood salad wrap..fresh and big!

Great breakfast sandwiches for a good price. We come here at least once a week. The staff is friendly and they have a nice system when it comes to having people wait for food. Definately my #1 breakfast option!

Been coming here for a couple years to grab a sandwich on the way to Charlestown beach. I noticed a change in staff (high school kids) and it totally went downhill. Very off putting when I noticed the sandwich makers handling the money and not changing their gloves. I noticed that last year, decided to give it another try this year which was a huge mistake. I noticed they did not change their gloves after handling money AGAIN. When I went to eat my sandwich, it was completely soggy so I pulled the soggy bread off and saw A HAIR! I’m mortified and will NEVER trust this place again.

I secretly judge all italian sandwiches off theirs. It’s not quite a grinder, but it got all the components and it’s delicious. Call in to order for pick up and grab your chips and drinks when you get there, it’ll make your day easier.

Friendly people, fresh food, good price. The owner is very nice and hilarious, too. In my opinion, it’s a must-visit for lunch in Charlestown. Pick up some ice cream or knickknacks next door, too. Beware though, they’re only open in the summer.
