Delicious . The pulled pork egg rolls amazing. The sauce that came with it I wished they had it bottled I could have used more. The brisket cheese sandwich omg… couldn’t finish a whole one. Stacked with brisket. My first time visiting this food truck and can’t wait to go back to try everything on the menu. Nice woman at the window. Service great.

The Country Road Chef is absolutely amazing! First of all, the food was amazing! Secondly, we were renting at an Air BNB in the area and there was a huge unprecedented thunderstorm/possible tornado that came through the area. We had placed an order right before for pick up and called to tell them we wouldn’t be able to get it due to downed trees and flooding. The owners brought the food themselves at closing and walked past the downed tree to get to our rental to bring it to us! Above and beyond customer service. We had just arrived and had not even been able to get to the grocery store. We highly recommend them!

Currently stuffing my face with the brisket, Mac and fries. The flavor is phenomenal! Some of the best brisket I have ever had. The cherry smoked bbq sauce and home made ketchup are excellent as well. I highly recommend this gem!

This is essentially a food truck and smoker that is set up across the street from Murphys. This spot is simply fantastic! The chef is very creative with the menu, and is always adding cool new smoked items, from smoked pizza on the weekends to wings and ribs. The sauces are unique and delicious…not flavors that you can find just everywhere. If you see smoke pouring out of the smoker, make sure to swing by for some of the best smokey meat you’ll ever have. My favorites are the double smoked burnt ends and the whole smoked wings with Spicy Smoked Barbecue Sauce. Rumor has it there will be a brick and mortar restaurant coming soon! Can’t wait.

The food is fresh and made with passion! Menu is diverse enough to please anyone looking for something smoked. Location currently isn’t sit down and not the best for weather. Food had no flavor, Mac and cheese was bland and noodles were tri-color and had a weird texture. Chicken tacos were soggy and had no flavor, came with no toppings. Brisket was supposed to be on Texas toast but the bread was sweet, dense and not toasted, nor did it have any flavor and the brisket was more like a slice of dry roast beef. Terrible barbecue and very expensive!
