Picked up an order and it was decent. The chicken salad on a croissant was tasty. The homemade chips and artichoke dip were great. The shrimp gumbo lacked flavor and didn’t have anything in it except a couple of shrimp. The prime rib sandwich didn’t include any au jus.

The only chicken salad my mom will eat in Jefferson county. They also have homemade chicken strips and they have assortment of dipping sauces and sides. They also do catering and have the cutest boutique inside called Lil’ Mommy’s Boutique with Mrs Juanita Dixon. An assortment of different styles without breaking your wallet. We go to the Courtyard Cafe every week and they never disappoint.

Their Original Chicken Salad with Apples & Grapes is delicious! Their Seafood Gumbo is one of the Best I’ve had. This is what I like to get when I dine in for lunch. Service is excellent and SO pleased to see handicap bars in the ladies room for those of us who need them.

Had the chicken spaghetti today for lunch with corn and green beans as my sides. Very big portion size. Couldn’t eat it all plus i wanted to save room for the strawberry cream cake….and let me tell you it was delicious. What a nice spot !
