Café Garden Salad
A fresh bed of Romaine lettuce, mesclun greens, cucumbers, shredded carrots and cabbage, fresh tomatoes and your choice of our homemade dressing.
Greek Salad
This salad starts as a Garden salad, as well as Feta cheese, and Kalamata olives. Drizzled with homemade Greek dressing.
Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce, tossed with freshly grated parmesan cheese, homemade croutons and our famous Caesar dressing. The Caesar salad is also available with grilled chicken.
House Dressings
We prepare all of our own dressings here at the Courtyard Cafe. Using only the freshest herbs & spices, our dressings are robust and flavorful. The list is as follows: Bleu cheese, Caesar, Ranch, Greek, 1000 Island, Raspberry Vinaigrette, White Wine Vinaigrette, French Vinaigrette, Maple Dijon Vinaigrette, Honey Mustard and Italian.
