Gave the place 4 stars (out of generosity and thinking of how great our food was for the first time trying this place despite the MANY negative Yelp reviews). The food was great and didn’t have any problems. I’d order our dishes again if we return one day (cove smash burger and half BBQ smoked chicken both with French fries) but the only thing I didn’t like was how empty the place was (only me and two other tables, a couple and then a party of 6) and the service was SLOW. There was only 1 waiter (forget his name) doing everything between being an host and server and I thought that was unfair to him so I gave him a good tip that evening. He was kind and he even checked if they did military discount…which heads up veterans (they don’t!).

My sister and I love The Cove! Last night we ordered stuffed crab egg rolls, stuff cheese steak roll, Alfredo dish and crab cake dish. They are absolutely delicious!! I definitely recommend!

The food was delicious. Our waiter Franky was amazing and hilarious. There was 9 of us and everyones meals was delicious, along with the appetizers. From the fish tacos to the sauteed Brussel spouts to the BBq platter, one of the best meals in a while.

I ordered the Proper Fish & Chips with extra tartar sauce & malt vinegar. It was a to go order. HORRIBLE! $24.00 for 2 very small pieces of soggy, mushy fish and a whole lot of fried and check out their idea of extra tarter & vinegar. It was not busy either (about 3 tables) so my order should’ve been perfect. This is my second time trying The Cove. Our first visit was disappointing but wanted to give them another chance. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! I’m a local and will never recommend The Cove to anyone. Just terrible! Don’t waste your time or money. YUCK!

Last Thursday I was in for dinner. My pineapple jalapeño drink was great.. I also had the oysters on the half shell and the beet salad topped with a crab cake. Hands down, the best crab cake I ever had. This will be my go to when I’m back! PS GREAT service as well!

I had a buy and entree, get one free deal to use, so the price for 2 entrees, a kids’ meal, and an appetizer was only $44. Not bad at all, plus the tenders were a complete meal! The kids’ meal could have used something else, but my little guy gobbled his alfredo up and then ate my garlic bread. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the grilled chicken on my alfredo. It was a little tough. All in all, though, I would definitely go back when we come to visit! Our waitress was super nice, too. Also, to add (not that I minded), the wait for our food was about 30 minutes. Gave us time to talk and plan out our trip.

I visited this lovely establishment and I immediately adored it. Our waitress was Candice, she was sweet, knowledgeable, and diligent. The menu was spectacular, as was our food! It was cooked superbly. The performer was engaging with his audience and the environment felt cozy. I’d dare to say it also felt perfect. If you’re looking for great food and atmosphere, definitely eat here!

I got the strawberry walnut salad with no goat cheese. Excellent. My waitress, Maura, was also excellent. She was very kind and informative. The restaurant itself was a very cozy atmosphere filled with kind staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. It has a wide variety of food items.

Bartender was great and polite tho My beer had mold growing on it up to the neck 🙁 this tells me the beer isn’t properly rotated I’d think Corona would be popular it must of been sitten tho I was given another beer to replace tho still had my lips on that bottle , please clean then coolers if there’s mold on beer it’s in the beer cooler , properly rotate beers FIFO
