Ordered the Lake Superior Lake Trout fish fry. It was the best fish fry ever, very fresh tasting fish and wonderful batter. Will be back to try the Lake Superior Whitefish next time! Very friendly owner and staff.

First, let me say that the 2 start review is strictly due to the complete lack of customer service or even basic civility provided. The cashier (Carla I am guessing) was short on the phone and downright rude in person. I have gotten cheerier service from disgruntled teenagers at fast food drive in’s.

Cozy in has a rough looking interior and extrior but had great food. We even got choice of salad or soup. Went a second time and fish fry was even better so I changed my stars to 4 stars from 3 stars.

If this is the same place I went to in the 80s. They had the cozy inn burger with green olives and a whole lot of stuff. Was the best burger I ever had. But don’t know, it’s the same location. If so, I will be back soon.
