It’s July 4th and my favorite cf restaurant is closed. Google review came to the rescue once again. It’s how I found this place even though I live in the proximity for so many years. Major shout out to Trang, our waitress, for giving us the warmest hospitality on our first visit here. I ordered togo based on her recommendation and definitely will come back to order the rest of the menu. This is my first visit so I low key wanted to play safe with combo 1, garlic fries, shrimp something fried rice (forgot the name), frog legs, and the beignets. This place is definitely a hidden gem. CLEAN, FRESH, and prices are super reasonable. My mum gave 2 thumbs up on the beignets.

My dad had fish and chips, which he thought was good. I initially ordered the lobster with garlic noodles, but it was chewy so they replaced it with a whole crab and noodles.

Day after Christmas , went to The Crab Bay for 1st time. Usually would go to Boiling Crab , but it was closed. Went with wife & sister-in-law, so the 3 of us ordered Combo #1 which was $50. 3 lbs of protein (chose 2 lbs shrimp & 1lb crawfish, 2 corn , 2 potatoes and I think it was 4 slices of sausage. As for sauce, chose 1st one which was a combination of garlic, butter, and spice. For strength of heat, chose medium level, which was hot enough to handle.

I’m not a fan of the whole “seafood in a bag” craze, but reading a few of BB’s recent reviews, I felt it was time to give them a go! The atmosphere immaculate and spacious, and their staff made sure we were seated at least ten feet away from the nearest guest. Each staff member was friendly and attentive but, our server Derek was phenomenal! He knew everything there was to know about their menu, and he provided us we very accurate feedback on everything we decided to order.

The Bayou Sauce is really delicious especially mixed in with the Shrimp Garlic Noodles. The seafood definitely tasted fresh and hot. The calamari was tasty and the batter was well seasoned.
