Food was really good. Loved the seasoning. The fried shrimp was great. Judge the prices for yourself but it is seafood so expect that cost. Service… they don’t really offer waiting. Taking our order was easy, the guy was helpful with choosing what we wanted. The atmosphere is extremely casual. I will be returning the next time I want some seafood. We thought about trying the new places at harbison but glad we didn’t.

The customer service has gotten better since I addressed it with them! I freaking love this place! I told them they don’t care about the customer service cause the food so good they know people will come regardless of how they act but they have gotten better I love going there now the girl at the register is nice now.

This was possibly the most bizarre dining experience I’ve ever had. We came to eat lunch for my birthday. spent $65 for seafood. It was served in styrofoam containers and plastic forks. How do you eat crab legs with a plastic fork? The crab legs were so fishy tasting that no one would eat them. We also got shrimp and grits and holy cow, they were amazing. The fried lobster tail was meh. Everything that was battered had way too much old bay seasoning on it. It was so salty! The worst part was that they were playing a violent R rated movie on tv and I had to hide my kids eyes when these dudes were getting shot in the head. All while trying to eat lunch. And people were complaining about having to wait so long for their food. When we ordered, they had to go in the back and make sure that there were any lobster tails left to cook. I won’t eat there again.

Steamed shrimp & seafood lasagna. The sauce was good. Service was okay.

I knew that when I walked in & the lady did not greet or even ask how could she help that I should have turned & walked out. I specifically asked for a garlic snow crab combo. On top of terrible service, the food was disgusting. No garlic sauce only old bay seasoning & butter, the egg & corn was old, literally the egg yoke was dark green, so old that I had to trash it w the sausage. Very disappointed! $31.81 wasted. Remember there is competition all over Columbia, next time I’ll take the drive. Great customer service keeps guests coming back even if the food quality is poor, not in this case, both failed.

Highly disappointed. My first and last time eating there.I ordered two garlic shrimp plates and a side order of fish. The fish was good but the shrimp was extremely bland no hit of garlic at all. I couldn’t order my food until I got to the location which was fine until I actually had to wait 30 mins to get my food.God forbid I didn’t have air conditioning or was in a rush. Then the prices of the food online were different from the prices at the store which was explained to me had slightly went up due to other locations closing. It wasn’t much of a difference but still should be fixed. The call in policy definitely needs to be changed, even if you have to pay when you order because the wait time is terrible.I was really excited about trying the food but overall it was a bad experience.

The food truck was parked outside of Sam’s Club. We ordered our crab and shrimp tray after we shopped because, based on our experience with food trucks, they’re usually pretty quick at getting food out. After almost an hour of waiting in our car with no call, I asked the cashier when our order would be ready. After walking away without saying anything to us, she comes back and said it was placed at 1:22 (only 20 minutes prior), and there were still eight orders ahead of ours. About five minutes later, we got the call that our food was ready. The receipt said our order was placed at 12:53, so I’m not sure why the cashier lied to us. The amount of food we got for the price wasn’t a lot, but we were willing to splurge if it was good food. The shrimp was overcooked, and the seasoning was just okay. Overall, not a good experience. Over an hour wait for a food truck blows my mind.

Food is good. Great portions. We went around 12:30 for lunch. We pretty much had the restaurant to ourselves at that time. We didn’t have to wait long before eating. The restaurant reminds me of a place that kinda has tables and chairs for waiting and more of a carry out restaurant so the atmosphere was okay. They had music playing…not anything explicit so it’s a nice atmosphere for families. I will continue to keep an eye on this place and certainly keep it on my places to frequent later on.

Decent place, seemed understaffed and people didn’t know what they were doing. Took like 30-45 minutes to get our food after ordering. People seemed new. Overall, decent experience. Food was good, portions weren’t great though.
